Trama
Nel luglio del 1995, l’Esercito della Repubblica Serba di Bosnia (VRS) conquistò Srebrenica e massacrò 8.000 uomini musulmani. Le truppe dell’esercito serbo-bosniaco distrussero ogni traccia degli abitanti di Srebrenica: i loro diari, le foto e le lettere. Una sola VHS sopravvisse a questa distruzione. Un documento unico: un film di 4 ore che descrive in dettaglio e con emozione la vita quotidiana nell’enclave, girato per una sola spettatrice: Alisa, la figlia allora noveenne di Sejfo, appassionato cineamatore e residente di Srebrenica. Alisa tornerà a Srebrenica per ripercorrere le orme del padre. Incontrerà le persone che compaiono nel film girato da lui. Il film di suo padre diventa il punto di partenza della sua ricerca di indizi per rispondere a domande su famiglia e appartenenza.
